When you hear the names Mariah, Carrie, Kelly, Snoop and Kanye, one thought quickly comes to mind: Where is Eat 'Em Up? Over the last several weeks, Austin based DJ Eat 'Em Up has been tearing through the online networks, building a massive fan base through the use of popular social sites like Myspace and Facebook. However, even with the fans hounding him from the left and right, Eat 'Em Up has refused to let all the success go to his head.
